I was in the unfortunate situation of where I had to sell my family's home after my grandfather passed away. Needless to see, closing his estate was a long and emotionally draining process that would have been made much worse if not for Lisa. As someone who had never owned a home, I knew nothing. But Lisa was there to hold my hand to go through the steps to get the house ready to sell, worked with me on the easiest way to sell it, was able to find me a buyer without having to put it on the market, and went through all the steps after we had the offer to make sure the house was ready to go. In addition, she also helped me find my own dream home to put down family roots in the future. I fully recommend Lisa for both her knowledge of real estate and the area. She also was able to suggest contractors, electricians, plumbers and more.
